- Most senior managers are approachable and willing to make things easier for staff.
Cons
- No food facilities other than microwaves, burco boilers and fridges.
- Most computers, chairs, etc. are well past their prime.
- Minimal parking & public transport links.
- Condescending attitude (common) or verbal abuse (rarer) from civil service "colleagues".
- Under-resourced in every possible way.
- The money is crap, especially given the location in D4, so everyone commutes.
