Pros
Exciting product and market space, central location easy access, flexible and remote work schedules. Great place to work, if you are a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you can make a difference.
Cons
Requires ability to work independently in a quasi-matrix environment, where the priorities are ever changing and remote collaboration is essential. Communications are sometimes not as effective as is essential in such a fast paced, global environment.

I came to Perspecsys a little over a year ago from a large corporation. My passion to join the Perspecsys team was driven by a curiosity and thirst for knowledge of cloud security. That passion continues today because of the way we go about our business and how we work with our customers. What we do is hard, and our approach to a very challenging problem helps solve real issues facing the world today. Solving that problem with integrity, intelligence, and compassion creates a burring desire inside that is hard to find. If you have the desire to be on the cutting edge and create new markets, then Perspecsys is for you.

This is a fast paced, challenging environment that pushes you to be creative and insightful. Things change in an instant, and if you cannot keep up, well then, you can't keep up...
