I worked at Philippine Long Distance (More than a year)

    Pros

Best company I worked with. Most employees are very professional and friendly. Most of the Engineers are very down to Earth.

    Cons

I hope the management should be able to regularize upon 6 months of probationary. Management should be as well concern of the probationary and contractual employees.

    Pros

Employees were very nice and helpful. I was an intern there for 2 months and while there was no salary, food (breakfast, lunch, snack) was free all the time. I learned a lot about writing and events, regular employees were very open to help and advice

    Cons

Nothing that major. I guess the con was no monetary compensation. You have to travel to far locations for events which was tiring

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    Family-like environment, a ''caring" management

    Cons

In my 3 years of stay I was never regularized, and so are my workmates. Project-based position is the trend in PLDT. That's why their attrition is skyrocketing.
