    Working in the field while the sun is up is exhausting

    Pros

    PLDT are the top Company in the Philippines in terms of giving benefits with their employees. PLDT is always get an awards for one of the most brand in the Philippines.

    Cons

    Majority employees have their own interest, they're lack of concern with the Company .

    Advice to Management

    Continue when you've started and stay the leading company in terms of Telecommunications and always get in touch with subscribers .

    Pros

    Best company I worked with. Most employees are very professional and friendly. Most of the Engineers are very down to Earth.

    Cons

    I hope the management should be able to regularize upon 6 months of probationary. Management should be as well concern of the probationary and contractual employees.

    Pros

    Employees were very nice and helpful. I was an intern there for 2 months and while there was no salary, food (breakfast, lunch, snack) was free all the time. I learned a lot about writing and events, regular employees were very open to help and advice

    Cons

    Nothing that major. I guess the con was no monetary compensation. You have to travel to far locations for events which was tiring

    -Good working environment
    -As an intern, you will experience working with other departments which can train your communication skills

    Cons

    -No allowance
    -Poor program for engineering interns as there are few technical things that will be done during the program
