      Great company to work for! Picus promotes a very collaborative environment with great sales and executive leadership across the board. Company is very transparent on all fronts. In my 12+ years in Sales, I have never worked for an organization where the product and engineering team is as agile as this one! They continue to stay on their roadmap objectives and the feedback they receive from prospects, customers, and the internal sales team is taken into consideration and implemented extremely quickly.

      Working in a remote setting is difficult in todays world, and collaboration across the organization and global teams is great, but can always improve!

      US leadership needs training. Leading by bullying is never good. Threats and profanities, belittling in meetings is a common theme. Go along with it, or you're asked to leave.
