I am a little confused because you call yourself a "client" in your title, but then at the same time say great coworkers! Cool Spot. In our recent all call with the staff if you are an employee then you would know that our whole focus is our employees. We 100% take care of our people and do stand up for them. I do not understand the context of what you are talking about or how we could work through it. We take bi-weekly pulses of the staff and none of this comes up. If something does come up we have a committee that addresses and puts an action plan forward. So, I am honestly lost. I want to help, but there is something wonky about this review. I do not believe you are a client and I'm not sure you are an employee either. An employee that works for us has plenty of opportunity to learn and work through whatever might stress them a bit. There are more ways to communicate internally that are safe vs a 3rd party outside resource. I do not understand the goal of this review, but wish you well either way. However, we will address this with the committee.
