Pinnacle leadership share a great story however it’s all false. They reel tenured leaders and bankers in then pressure them. They force people out to make their voluntary termination numbers look higher. HR is on the side of upper leadership without conducting any investigation. The salary they offer is extremely high compared to other banks is a scam of its own. You are short lived here compare to other banks no more than two years if you’re lucky. If you are being approached by a leader at pinnacle , don't be tricked and leave your tenured at the bank you’re at. If you’re not a part of the group you’re outcasted. This bank model runs like a “cult” !! The goals are unrealistic!! If you provide honest feedback it goes against you.
