      - The people were great and super friendly. You don't need to be afraid to learn and made mistake, everybody most likely happy to help you learn and discuss. - Hybrid working arrangement - Clear career path

      Cons

      - Really fast paced, need to be quick to adapt to every changes. Some area still need improvement on clarity. - Minimum guidance for entry level
