Pros
Good hours in winter, most coworkers are friendly, most office staff helpful
Cons
Company was difficult prior to last merger but after Management became extra sneaky and will break almost any rule or law they can get away with to benefit themselves with corporate well hiding it very well to outside influence, they claim to cross train all drivers and help them advance into service but fail follow through then hold back on raises. Deliver equipment run down and band-aided honestly don’t understand how they pass DOT inspection
