There is a significant misuse and exploitation of capable staff members who possess the appropriate education, knowledge, and skill set. The corporate culture is detrimental, with senior management from banking backgrounds lacking an understanding of the disability sector, thereby undermining the company's culture and mission. This environment has led to staff burnout and the overutilization of customer NDIS plans, coupled with a lack of discernment in hiring practices. Talented employees are mistreated, while poor behavior is often rewarded. on top of this, they don't honour choice and control of the PARTICIPANTS.
