      Pros

      There were absolutely zero pros other than it was a job.

      Cons

      The main office is in Tel Aviv and the manager/owner is never there to assist. Pretty toxic culture and values. Within 1 year, they went through 6 office staff (normal ratio is 2) who came and left pretty quickly.
