Lack of execution by management. Aspirational goals with no backing except goal definition. Front line personnel are expendable, exploited and disposable. Very cliquey and meritless based promotion.

PolSource is experiencing tremendous growth and it's exciting to be apart of a company that is winning in the Salesforce Ecosystem. Work with Fortune 500 companies implementing Service Cloud and CPQ and gain valuable experience to take with you throughout your career. Pay and benefits are just as good as working for big consulting firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and Capgemini. Also, there is a big emphasis on creating a desirable remote/travel balance as leadership negotiates with clients to ensure consultants don't get burnt out with too much travel. Additionally, we have some of the best Salesforce Developers in the world located in Poland, meaning there is less time difference than other companies that employ developers in India. This allows us to be more agile for our clients and in the marketplace as a whole. Come work with a great team of Salesforce experts committed to growing this company at an exponential rate!

Cons

Compared to the last consulting company I worked for there aren't many. Just be prepared to come out of pocket for travel expenses, but get reimbursed within a week of submitting your expenses.
