Pros
The onboarding here was one of the smoothest I've experienced - well organised and clear from day one, with everything set up and good guidance on where to start. The people are incredibly welcoming and approachable, and there's a real sense of inclusion from the first week. The culture is collaborative and friendly, the work on voice AI is technically ambitious and genuinely interesting, and leadership is accessible and supportive.
Cons
No real downsides so far. The work is on a large, ambitious project, so there's naturally a lot to get your head around - but that's part of what makes it interesting, and the team makes the ramp-up genuinely enjoyable.
