Pros
This is the most hardworking, mission-driven, and collaborative teams I have ever worked with. Everyone is willing to collaborate, offer honest feedback, and engage in constructive discussions. What I love the most about where the company is at now is how cross-functional everyone still is. Product collaborates with operations, engineering collaborates with data, marketing collaborates with product, and the pairings go on. Everyone wears many hats in the company and we're truly a team of hustlers!
Cons
Remote work can be challenging at times, and while we bring everyone together at least once a year, not being with colleagues can make communication difficult!
