Pros

Extremely talented employees in Plants.

Cons

These talented individuals leave because leadership is incompetent, or get fired because leadership being incompetent doesn't know how to utilize talent. However they are very good at pointing to scapegoats. Wake up people...you have the same two little men who keep firing great talent because they don't know how to lead.

Cons

Executive leadership appears to be inwardly focused upon personal agendas Executive leadership does not meet my ethical standards When tough decisions are faced, the answer is frequently to fire employees
