Pros

Great work location and friendly guests/coworkers

Cons

Heavy on company culture that is a bit over the top. Employees are disciplined for minor curse words, saying "No problem", joking around in a group setting..

Disgusting discrimination

Pros

Literally nothing. No breaks and doesn't pay good during summer.

Cons

Sexual discrimination, touched inappropriately by a supervisor and flirted with constantly. He told me I had a nice bottom alot and touched me a lot. I was carless and had no option to deal with it. Discrimination due to bullying /harassment there. I reported the issue I had and it was never resolved. I would ask for help and be laughed at told to get it myself although it was unsafe for me to to get myself and told I COULD ask when needed. They say it's supposed to be a respectful environment to work but yet they treat certain people differently there. I went above and beyond and showed high interest in advancing. Yet they didn't care about me as an employee. I was one of the fastest and had the food out in no time at all. I didn't receive breaks most days but I came in early all the time during the summer. I was talked down too by coworkers and then management never checked on me while I was in my kitchen in the back room with lines and lines of tickets. One time I had hurt myself and they made me feel absolutely terrible for it. Just no care for employees whatsoever. I was hired as a permanent employee yet they cut me saying I was only seasonal. They had no concerns other than they were just cutting me due to being seasonal. But that's not what they had told me the whole time I worked there. They took sides. Towards the end, people became more rude and treated me just like a penny. Yet if I reacted that was not okay. For example there was a couple people who would just say sarcastic things and I responded and they went and said I had an attitude when in fact it was not what happened. But then management took their side and reprimanded me. It was highly toxic and uncomfortable.i was told once I couldn't eat there during regular eating time. I needed to bring my food from home. From a top boss there. But everyone else in kitchen got to eat everyday. I wasn't acknowledged for the hard work and attention to detail. I always did a good job but people who say on their butt all the time and been there for years somehow got special treatment. Management treated food runners like trash. I witnessed how they talked down to people and I experienced it as well during my last days there. Pay is not worth the stress of the job. Hardly any pay there for bills. Also there is black mold in the kitchen. Toxic and unhealthy.
