Pros
+This is the best company I have ever worked with. +Follows People First principle. Treats Employees like Family. That's the reason many employees have been working there for a long time. +Customer Focused company. Willing to go extra mile to make customer happy. That's the reason they have Almost all the Top PC manufacturers as their loyal customers for decades. +Brilliant Engineers with great design, programming skills. +CEO is a very energetic person with big vision. He is the first one to say Hello and has the Full hearted big Laugh like Jeff Bezos. That's the reason employees also have pleasant mindset. +CEO suggested me to join on a Friday before long weekend so that I can be more relaxed. I guess many companies would prefer employee to join after long weekend to save some money for the company. It shows great heart he has.
Cons
-Their Leave policy is not organized, though it says Unlimited PTO. -Even if Boss says Yes, it needs 5 more people's approval to get vacation. That can be frustrating. -They need to understand that immigrant takes one longer vacation to visit their country than multiple smaller vacations. But these are very small issues that can be fixed easily. It is a great company and I highly recommend
