      Pros

      Good pay for the work, while you have work. Tried to give perks of a company that is established.

      Cons

      Constant restructures, meaning if you aren’t laid off your job and title will change multiple times in a year. Leadership promises the world and IT can’t deliver leaving operations holding the bag. Also minor things like yes, unlimited PTO but you were often denied your leave. No work life balance.

      Constant Confusion and "swirl" caused by them which continues to disrupt us all. Poor or incompetent decisions being made mainly because they are not be qualified and don't trust their teams Micromanagement Their teams need to constantly compensate for them Overall have lost credibility Poor situational awareness Not visionary Not strategic Cause of most of the problems in the company
