Constant restructures, meaning if you aren’t laid off your job and title will change multiple times in a year. Leadership promises the world and IT can’t deliver leaving operations holding the bag.
Also minor things like yes, unlimited PTO but you were often denied your leave. No work life balance.
Constant Confusion and "swirl" caused by them which continues to disrupt us all.
Poor or incompetent decisions being made mainly because they are not be qualified and don't trust their teams
