Pros

Cool product, cool clients, interesting work, unlimited PTO, CEOs are involved and care about the product/company a great deal

Cons

Ridiculous workload, poor communication from executive leadership, CEOs make bad hires at the upper management level and allow them to destroy the culture from the inside out. Employees in all departments voice the same concerns over and over again and things rarely get resolved. Upper management's pendulum swings drastically when it comes to decision making and things change rapidly without rhyme or reason. Don't work for PostPilot unless you want to dedicate every waking moment of your life to this company and deal with a ton of frustrating cultural challenges.

Pros

- Fully remote - Get to work with popular brands - Great product

Cons

- insane workload - 50+ hours / week for most AM's - leadership does not consistently follow through on promised bonus compensation - no opportunity for growth - recognition and advancement may feel influenced more by politics than measurable impact or results
