Support staff are barely paid: yet expected to deliver 5 Star service. I was not paid in full. The company will refuse to refund expenses. Lack of care felt by staff from senior management. Promises made during interviews; on their job posting also, not kept.
Staff speak of the glory days of previous years - and how the new director has tanked it.. I don’t see it improving any time soon.
In summary: untrustworthy. Something ‘interesting’ going on behind the scenes.
