Free parking and not too far from motorway

Not a nice environment at all. Some employees have been there years and get by doing no work other than chatting and being friends with the directors. You are seen as an outsider from day 1 if you aren't in the clique. Zero support to show you the ropes, because that would mean someone doing some actual work. God forbid you email someone for something to do with their job and you will get a sarcastic reply back as though it isn't their job. Very hard to get anything done in this environment . Very high turnover of staff. With the core toxic ones staying in the company.
