Pros

med benefits are very good, pay is okay another plus is its salary

Cons

No communication, zero training , Spanish is the main language of this company if you don't know Spanish you should quit now. they make the job way more difficult then it needs to be. simple things like getting material from stock is a long drawn out unnecessary process and its like that for everything. "At least at the site I'm at" there is not one licensed electrician and most of the people I met have little to no electrical experience I had multiple times where I felt my life or well being was in danger. the inverters they make are crap and blow up on a weekly basis be sure your not near one if it does blow up cause you'll get blamed and even fired even if you had nothing to do with it. getting money owed to you for working Saturdays is also a process and usually you wont get it the next pay check and have to keep requesting your pay in order to get money they owe you. I saw a guy work on the weekends at the Forman's request and then when he tried to get his money for it they wrote him up cause he wasn't on the schedule I don't know if he ever got his money.

Pros

Everyone has been very kind, I've been here a little over 6months, Pay is above average starting but it is salary (no overtime) with a small bonus for working weekends or holidays. There seems to be a lot of turn-over, but from my perspective they seem to be getting rid of the correct people and promoting the right people in most cases. Lots of former military Not much long term travel Seems to be plenty of opportunities to move up

Cons

There is a lot of turn over and they just changed HR managers and everyone seemed to like him. Ordering parts and getting stuff timely is a mix of amazing and horrible... Sometimes it come in the next day other times you've ordered the same thing 3 times and get 3 different products a week later. We have storage facilities in the US but sometimes stuff comes from Spain. There are some weird hours, mostly connected to being service work on solar. Typically every two weeks I've had at least day or two othat I come in just after sunrise and then come in after dark in the evening to do repairs to not affect production. There is allot of driving and simi-frequent overnight trips often being last minute. (Again it's service)
