Colleagues are pleasant, highly professional, and easy to work with. I don't know what they are doing there.
Cons
The management team is highly unprofessional and should not be entrusted with running any business more complex than a hairdresser's. They consistently spread rumors and talk behind your back, refusing to acknowledge facts. They lack negotiation skills and are inept at treating people. It's a typical small Spanish company where your boss values the time you spend in your chair more than evaluating your results, simply because he is incapable of assessing your performance. Your best option is to laugh at the CEO's terrible jokes and let time pass slowly.
