- I think it's pros somehow later becomes cons due to poor management.
Cons
- Favouritism policy only works here - Poor Management - No job security - Worst HR - Targetted people get affected everytime no matter how much you do good - People who said flexible hours might be one who must be getting late to office and then following the 9 hour timing so that management does not complain - full of politics - Donot reply to your emails for days
