I worked at Premier Designs part-time

    Pros

Paid very good for just one show.
    Work when you want to.
    Fun job to have.

    Cons

    No shows? No money.
Difficult to get people to commit to host a show.
Some agreed then cancel later down the road, now you've lost a work day.

    Advice to Management

License renewal is expensive and so it's getting started.

I have been working at Premier Designs full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I've been in for over 18 years. This business paid for both my daughters to have a private college education and paid cash for their weddings, and much more after that. Earning 50% is huge! Great customer service, gorgeous product and Guarantee, wonderful Home Office support! Speedy deliveries! NO INVENTORY REQUIREMENTS!

    Cons

Must want to work...you are your own boss! (also a positive!)

    Advice to Management

Continue what you're doing! Thanks for always listening to your consultants' voices!

I have been working at Premier Designs part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The practice what they preach. They truly care about service over sales and that their distributors are the most valuable assets.

    Cons

Commission only but that's not really bad as long as you work it. There are no benefits you are an Independent Distributor so you must seek benefits elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Don't ever change....you are a one in a million company!

    Pros

Make your own schedule. Your business works when you work.

    Cons

Can become hard to maintain communication with clients if you do not have a system.

    Advice to Management

Offer more incentives to people starting off. Offer more for incentives to keep people going.

I worked at Premier Designs full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are some great benefits to working with Premier. You get to meet some great people and travel. You can set your own hours and have fun while you work. There are some great work incentives as well.

    Cons

Some of the downsides I think depends on your personality and how far you want to go with the company. You have to constantly keep jewelry shows on your calendar if you want to make money and the amount of money you may make is uncertain most of the time.
