Premier worldwide is Karisma hotels and resorts. Nepotism on all levels which do not contribute to success of the company, no planning, vendors are owed thousands, upper management with little to no experience in Hotel management, President tries his best despite owners and other management overriding marketing strategies with consistent last minute change of direction. Company recently laid off majority of front line employees while keeping redundant VP positions.
