Pros

Free clothes and chance to network with real professionals outside of the brand.

Cons

Working at PLT was one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. Upper management was completely unprofessional—poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero concern for employee well-being. The "mean girl" culture was real, trickling down from leadership and creating a toxic environment. Employees were undervalued, overworked, and constantly told they were wrong instead of being supported. There’s no respect for work-life balance, and while the brand may look glamorous from the outside, the reality behind the scenes is anything but. Would not recommend.

Cons

very toxic work environment. Low pay, with very high expectations! They want you to live, eat and breathe the company and they can't even afford to pay you enough to cover basic necessities.

Pros

The coworkers where really nice and helpful they saw how I was treated and would always make sure I was ok

Cons

I had a very disappointing experience working here. The U.S. Manager was unprofessional and mean-spirited from the start. She constantly made hurtful comments, even saying I had “no sense of style,” which felt like a personal attack rather than constructive feedback. I was mainly assigned tasks that were more fitting for a personal assistant, despite being promised showroom responsibilities. There was little opportunity to learn or grow, and I was often belittled for minor things. Within just a month, I was abruptly fired without any warning or explanation. The whole experience left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. Overall, this was a toxic work environment where management prioritized favoritism over fair treatment. I would not recommend working here if you’re looking for a supportive and professional team.
