Pros
Only pro I can think is a paycheck if you are desperate for income.
Cons
1. Every employee is expendable and they do not care about anyone. 2. There is no HR. You cannot reach out to anyone with your concerns or they will be held against you. They love to retaliate. 3. They fire any and everyone at the drop of a dime with no prior notice which, which will cause you to live in constant fear of being fired. It is a very HOSTILE work environment. 4. Even being a Black-Owned Business, there are some internalized racism in which white employees receive preferential treatment, are afforded much more flexibility and more respect than their minority employees. 5. They hire people in lower positions to pay them less, but then give them the workload/responsibility or more of people in higher positions in order to save money. 6. They are constantly losing contracts, so even if you don’t get fired there is a high chance they will eliminate your position. 7. This company is horribly and unethically managed. 8. They dangle the hope of an annual bonus over your head for any reason with no clear structure in how to obtain. Two years in a row they did not provide bonuses to anyone. Do not include a bonus in your overall annual compensation, because there is a very little chance you will receive any type of a bonus. 9. They get mad if you take sick days even with providing a doctor’s note and will use it against you. 10. Due to their unethical practices, they have built a negative reputation with their main contract provider. If you make any form of mistake, they will threaten you as being the reason they may lose a contract. 11. When employees leave, they have a pattern of unjustifiably talking negative about them/throwing them under the bus to other companies in the industry in attempt to tarnish their name. 12. All employees are underpaid and overworked. 13. They offer horrible health insurance options
