    Pros

This company will keep you very busy. Most employees do the work of about three or four different people so if you like a stressful and fast paced enviornment than this is the place for oyu!

    Cons

People are fired very quickly and with basically no notice leaving the rest of the employees with more work to do. The leaders seem out of touch with the moral of the company. People are constantly quitting.

    Advice to Management

If you treat your employees with respect and hire from within than you're more likely to keep the good employees.

    Pros

they need help in several areas

    Cons

No regard for employees. Management promotes frequent change of employees as a good thing.

Need to have people in senior team with true leadership talent and skills.

    Pros

Nice offices in Toronto, not so good elsewhere
Some good people in the support areas
Great if you're in the inside sales team

    Cons

Revolving door for senior management. Finding better opportunity's.
Not very competitive in the mid-market. Inside sales team gets most business, most decisions go to them.
Promise of new branding and marketing never comes.
Sales managers who can cover their butts and just cycle through salespeople, it's the product/pricing not them, hard to compete.

    Advice to Management

Pick a path and stick to it. Why is it hard to find and keep good people? Your reputation is not good in the industry.focus on markets where you still have some brand recognition.

    Pros

not much of any pros to be included at this company. Training was chaotic as best and staff and management all hated being there

    Cons

Pretty much the same as the pros, choas, unhappy staff. commission was never easy to hit, clients never wanted our products

    Pros

Nothing. Bunch of monkeys running the show out of Toronto and Edmunston. One director is only worried about himself!!!

    Cons

Sold a bill of goods upon hire that the environment fosters change and collaboration. Certain executives out for themselves. They feel threatened by others with great ideas

    Advice to Management

No advice to be given since my ideas were regarded as me not towing the line. Also HR reps only working 2-3 times a week is not conducive to a workplace who works 7 days per week
