Pros

This company feels like family. We joke around, we're casual but we get things done. There is tons of opportunity for on the job training and internal advancement if you're willing to take the initiative and work hard. Lots of products and continually adding more to service more borrowers.

Cons

Don't expect to be coddled. If you have an aversion to working hard, or think that this industry is a 9-5 gig, then go work at a retail bank. Pay generally starts low but you can advocate for yourself and grow. Lots of products so expect to read LOTS of guidelines. Benefits are mediocre but typical for a small/mid size company.

Pros

Free lunch once a month

Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Management was horrid, pay was pathetic and you're looked down on as if you are lower class. Pay was a joke, and all they cared about was money. Outdated policies and shady business practices. AVOID.
