-Dollar based wage -Remote(But they want you to come to office a lot. The 5 of the last 6 weeks I have worked there, I was in the office 5 days a week)
Cons
-Constant mobbing and toxic environment. One of the engineering managers is the owner of the company and she is the worst. She thinks she is always right and she uses her authority to create fear and give penalties(like forcing to overwork or decreasing bonus payments) and even if you slightly question such behavior she will fire you.(It happened to one of my teammates) -Management thinks they own you so it is no problem for them to force you extra hours or call you to office even though it is a remote job.(One of my teammate is forced to come to office for a month from Ankara- they did not event arrange a proper hotel so she was staying with her relative) -It is a BOSS company so there is no one in the company would stop this mobbing because the problem is the boss herself. -Even though it is a 10 year company there is not a single qualified developer worked there more than 1.5 years and it says a lot -Constant micromanaging
