This is a company that truly cares for their employees and their community. We strive to provide the absolute best and safest care. To the other reviewer, if it is who I think it is, that nurse constantly asked for an increase in hourly pay, demanding $75/hr to work in aftercare. When she was told that we needed to pay caregivers and LVNs so as to keep the work environment safe and the ratios down, she would constantly say that she could handle all the patients herself if we would just pay her more money. She was eventually let go in Feb of 2017 for not being a team player and not being respectful towards fellow staff. In addition, there has never been a 1:7 ratio for any staff working at Privé.
