    Pros

They are very compassionate about their business and teach all employees how to run the store. You learn a lot more then just simply how to ring people out. You learn a lot of the back end stuff from ordering new product to managing skills.

    Cons

They always expect the best from you, doesn't matter if your a high school senior or recently graduated college student. If you don't work hard it won't end well.

I have been working at Pro Image full-time

      Pros

The franchises are generally small so it's difficult for good work to go unnoticed if you work for a fair owner. With the smaller number of employees, if a staff is well put together a store or franchise can run incredibly smoothly for a long time.

      Cons

Very little room for growth depending on the franchise. Fully competitive pay can be hard to come by depending on the owner, location and size of the franchise

      Advice to Management

Continually search for energetic people that are eager for new chanllenges
