DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

There are no positives whatsoever.

Cons

You will be blamed for everything, even when you did nothing wrong. The management is absolutely incompetent and cannot keep anyone for longer than four months. They have had a mountain of Better Business Bureau complaints against them, and will continue to do so.

Don’t walk - run

Pros

I can’t think of any

Cons

This was the single worst working experience of my life. Management is sadistic, abusive and narcissistic. Each day was a challenge just to get through, and the constant threat of a manic/depressive episode by Sr management made each day a sick roll of the dice. The unspoken rule is that if you are in any way happy, you must not be doing a good job. Sales and success are in spite of management, and in no way because of it. Sr. management is the embodiment of the Dunning Krueger effect in terms of sales and marketing knowledge and execution. Poorly written and grammatically incorrect automatic emails killed more than one important sale - serious customers view this as a scam. While the products are good, the culture is entirely toxic. If you like abuse, low pay, no future and personal attacks, you’ll be very happy here. However, if you want respect, decent treatment, predictable and stable management, and clearly defined procedures, plans, goals and outcomes, run away as fast as you can. Personally, I’d rather dispose of beached whale carcasses than to ever darken the doorway to PVI again.

Pros

the only pros was they were flexible with some hours.

Cons

there is no room for growth, no benefits, pay is too low, all internet is blocked, they will literally scream at you if you don't do your job right.
