      Pros

      Great benefits and your pretty much left alone. Pay was fair and the company backed everything they said they would do for their staff.

      Cons

      Supported a sales rep who didn't want to sell. Hot head CTO and depended on government contracts to survive. CTO thinks its 1984 in his mindset and runs the staff on fear. Cant keep a steady sales team.

      Pros

      Great projects and the company is expanding those projects based on great client relationships. Awesome co-workers. Potential to grow in current roles. A lot of people remain at the company for many years. Flexible schedule.

      Not the greatest office facilities Not a lot of room for upward growth because of size of company
