Pros

The team here is amazing — everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming, which means a lot when you're working remotely across different time zones and cultures. My manager is one of the best I've had. They're supportive, actually listen when you raise concerns, and follow through to help resolve them. There's no micromanagement either. As long as you're delivering on your responsibilities, you're trusted to work your way — which makes a huge difference day-to-day. On the growth side, there are real opportunities to expand your skills. Lately I've been diving deep into AI, which feels like exactly the right direction to be heading.

Cons

When a new skill or tool is launched, there's a steep learning curve — and the expectation to get up to speed quickly can feel overwhelming, especially when multiple tools are involved at once. You need to stay sharp and proactive, as updates can come with little warning and require you to adapt fast. Being fully remote also means you can miss out on the informal team moments that happen organically on the other side of the world — it's easy to feel a little disconnected at times.

Pros

The only good thing I could think of is the good people working there

Cons

Worst place I've ever had the misfortune to work at. There is constant pressure to meet high targets, and if you fall short, they let you go. There is always a sense of fear about job security. The CEO has too much control and gets involved in too many details instead of trusting the team. I saw a whole content team replaced with AI, which lowered the quality of work. They also ask employees to leave positive reviews, which makes things feel less honest. Work hours are long, recognition is rare, and pay is not great. Even after many years, it still runs like a startup that has not grown up. Please, before joining, look what the glassdoor reviews are saying so you know what you're signing up for.

We appreciate you sharing this, especially after so many years with us. We hear you on recognition, workload, and the pressure that can come with a fast-moving environment. These are areas we care about and continue to work on, and your perspective helps us stay honest about where we still have room to grow. We're glad you found good people here, and we hope your next chapter is a good one.

Pros

So far, my experience at Process Street has been really positive. The team is friendly, the people and operations side has been very supportive, and the onboarding process was smooth from the beginning. My manager has been clear with instructions and expectations, and he’s also supportive whenever I need resources or materials to do my work. That’s something I really appreciate. I also enjoy the remote work setup. It’s nice being part of a team that includes people from all over the world, and I think that diversity across cultures and time zones makes the company even better. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far and I’m excited to keep growing, building my career, and working with Process Street for the long term

Cons

I haven’t come across any significant cons yet.
