They accept fresh graduates so it is good for gaining experience

Cons

Very low compensation Toxic workmates One of the team leader is very toxic and acts childish They will get mad at you if you did not render overtime even if you finished your job, they will want you to help in other work just so you can render overtime They will give you additional work load not included in your contract and they will get mad if you did not do it first

Pros

Exposure to a big corporation. Will allow you to experience what it’s like to handle a big volume of transactions and with that scale, your expertise will improve.

Cons

Low salary. Long-term wise there’s minimal career growth and no significant salary increase. They do have salary increase bit they only match current market value so rest assured, you’ll have the same salary with the new hires.
