    Pros

Great employees! The company provided coffee and hot chocolate to employees. My first supervisor was great and all about her team. She kept us motivated to meet the daily required number of treatment plans.

    Cons

Changing leadership, unstable environment at times. If a contract is lost, the company will have to lay off. The pay was a little low, the benefit were a little high and we were paid twice a month at the time.

    Advice to Management

    None

I worked at Procura Management full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There aren't many positives, but I will say I generally got decent raises and there is some opportunity to move up if you make the right people happy. Benefits are decent. Cafeteria on site so you can enjoy your 30 minutes lunch commiserating with others.

    Cons

What a change this company went through. It used to be a great, family owned business where you felt like you were working with friends. But it became an almost dystopian picture of the worst of corporate culture. People getting fired all the time to "cut costs". Long-term employees laid off to save a few bucks. Constant fear of being written up or fired. Overall dour feeling and a constant feeling you are nothing more than a drone to them. You can't really take PTO - even when you do you are expected to work often.

    Advice to Management

It's clear you don't care about anything but squeezing every dollar out of people that you can. You rule by fear instead of inspiration. No one is happy and everyone feels totally isolated from management and treated like lower-class citizens.

    Pros

Nice people to work with for the most part. Mostly women.

    Cons

Management is horrible, you always have to defend yourself. They micro manage and have a ridiculous write up policy.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees they actually have good ideas and stop micro managing. Also people can talk and get their work done you don't need to babysit your employees they are all adults.

I have been working at Procura Management full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent benefits, a lot of employee centered activities, flexible hours with work from home opportunities especially during inclement weather.

    Cons

Middles age needs comprehensive management training, supervisors need to be better trained so they are on the same page. You can ask several supervisors the same question and get several different answers. Communication between management and employees needs to be improved. Salaries could definitely be improved upon especially in relation to the work loads you are expected to manage.

    Advice to Management

Instead of simply letting employees know of how well the company is doing financially, let them share in some of that profit by reviewing and adjusting salaries of not only management, but lower level employees as well. Written communications from the company need to be reviewed and edited to present a more professional image to customers and business partners.
