I have been working at Procura Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great coworkers, but can't think of any other than that.

    Cons

Supervisors feel entitled and abuse attendance rules while disciplining subordinates for the same behaviors. For instance, being late on a daily basis, chastising subordinates for taking a few minutes to talk to others whether business related or not. Micro-management, favoritism, high turnover rates, sub-par pay, and no opportunity for advancement outside of this llocattion.

    Advice to Management

Truly care about the employees who make this company successful! Instead of just telling your employeees about all of the growth in business and how much money YOU are making, recognize the employees who actually contributed to that growth by rewarding them with monetary incentives. An exceptional performance review should merit more than a 25 cent an hour annual raise! Middle management should be closely reviewed and held to a higher standard because they generally feel that they are better and more deserving than their subordinates.

I worked at Procura Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Being able to work from home, however was told by certain higher-ups that they will be taking that away soon unless you are one of the lucky ones that already works from home full-time.

    Cons

Terrible managers/supervisors. None of them know what they are doing, most of them were put in their position because they got lucky/know someone. Pay/benefits are terrible, raises were never more than 17-20 cents and I was there almost 3 years. No room for advancement. Worked to death for crappy pay. No HR department, you have to go on a website which is very difficult to navigate, so noone to turn to when you have concerns/questions.

    Advice to Management

Majority of management needs to be fired and have the job given to people who actually understand the job and will be there to help their employees. Stop abusing your power to make yourselves feel important.

I worked at Procura Management full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There aren't many positives, but I will say I generally got decent raises and there is some opportunity to move up if you make the right people happy. Benefits are decent. Cafeteria on site so you can enjoy your 30 minutes lunch commiserating with others.

    Cons

What a change this company went through. It used to be a great, family owned business where you felt like you were working with friends. But it became an almost dystopian picture of the worst of corporate culture. People getting fired all the time to "cut costs". Long-term employees laid off to save a few bucks. Constant fear of being written up or fired. Overall dour feeling and a constant feeling you are nothing more than a drone to them. You can't really take PTO - even when you do you are expected to work often.

    Advice to Management

It's clear you don't care about anything but squeezing every dollar out of people that you can. You rule by fear instead of inspiration. No one is happy and everyone feels totally isolated from management and treated like lower-class citizens.

    Pros

Great employees! The company provided coffee and hot chocolate to employees. My first supervisor was great and all about her team. She kept us motivated to meet the daily required number of treatment plans.

    Cons

Changing leadership, unstable environment at times. If a contract is lost, the company will have to lay off. The pay was a little low, the benefit were a little high and we were paid twice a month at the time.

    Advice to Management

    None

Nice people to work with for the most part. Mostly women.

    Cons

Management is horrible, you always have to defend yourself. They micro manage and have a ridiculous write up policy.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees they actually have good ideas and stop micro managing. Also people can talk and get their work done you don't need to babysit your employees they are all adults.

    Pros

yearly company BBQ, ice cream day, soft pretzels for Fathers Day, decent monthly insurance premiums

micromanagement, no room advancement, bottom of the barrel pay scale (the McDonalds down the street pays their employees $2/ less an hour), supervisors with little to no people skills, nepotism
