Pros
The benefits package is fair once you're eligible, though there is a waiting period after your start date.
Cons
Workplace Culture: There are many moments where employees feel uncomfortable, as there are many negative comments made behind people's backs. Work-Life Balance: Achieving a good balance between work and personal life is impossible due to the high demands and extended work hours. Limited Time Off: PTO and holiday breaks are limited, making it hard to take sufficient time off to recharge. Career Growth: It seems like many employees stay in the same role for long periods (5+ years), which indicates a lack of opportunities for advancement or development. Leadership Visibility: I’ve noticed that the CEO, is not very visible or actively engaged with employees. Greater communication and involvement from them could foster a stronger connection with staff.
