Pros

Highly innovative patent portfolio. At one time considered the premiere boutique slot machine developer.

Cons

Needed to keep filing patents.

Pros

Base compensation is good, but it is required due to tradeoff for working excessive hours.

Cons

The C-level management is incompetent. Senior executives never present the company in a true light - every quarter is "the best that's ever been." It is hard to believe exexutives expect educated employees to believe the dishonesty regarding the true state of the compnay. One look at the balance sheet and income statement reveal the sad truth.

Pros

You do not prefer to be homeless.

Cons

They are liquidating the company. It seems as if they are selling off any asset that may have value. It is very much driven by an engineering background that has no Idea what the actual product or service was or is. They are interested only in the current stock price. The management seems to change focus on a daily basis. Senior level managment does not know what industry they are in. Senior managment is way overpaid for the performace track they are producing. I feel that working for PGIC is a total waste of ones career efforts. They are crooks.
