Pros

People: Prologis is filled with smart, driven, and genuinely kind individuals who want to see each other succeed. Even as a global company, it’s easy to build strong relationships and feel like your work makes an impact. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): The ERGs are active, inclusive, and well-supported, offering regular events and discussions that encourage professional growth and meaningful connection across teams. Benefits: The benefits package is exceptional and reflects how much the company values its employees. From excellent healthcare and 401K to generous PTO, paid volunteer time, and unique perks like life coaching, there’s a strong emphasis on overall employee well-being. Work Environment: Offices are in great locations, and the in-person experience is collaborative and energizing. There are frequent opportunities to connect through events and get-togethers, making it something to genuinely look forward to each week.

Cons

The company runs lean, which can mean staying busy, but it also creates a dynamic, fast-paced environment with many opportunities to take ownership and grow your career.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. It’s great to hear how the people, ERGs and overall work environment are contributing to a strong sense of connection across teams. We’re also glad the benefits and well-being offerings are having a meaningful impact. Creating an environment where employees feel supported both professionally and personally continues to be a priority for us. At the same time, finding the right balance between efficiency and ensuring teams have the support they need is an ongoing focus.

Pros

During my 20 year tenure at Prologis I have experienced an inclusive and diverse culture that attracts and develops top talent, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. People minded leadership, I have seen ideas from all levels be accepted and taking to operational in place functions. Prologis encourages a bottom-up approach. The company actively seeks and acts on feedback from employees, tenants, and customers, creating a responsive and people-focused environment. With abundant resources and strong local engagement, it fosters a dynamic experience for employees, vendors, and tenants alike. Coming from previous institutional, private ventures, and third party firms, I have a good point of reference in recommending Prologis to qualified candidates. Excellent 360 compensation, and work life balance.

Cons

The environment requires self-motivated individuals who are willing to identify and learn from challenges. Priorities can shift as the company explores new ventures and opportunities beyond traditional industrial real estate, so adaptability is key. The role may involve navigating multiple third-party and internal systems, which can require patience and problem-solving. Promotions in regards to new "titles" tends to be more prominent in transactional roles, and title progression may be limited for senior managers seeking upward mobility. Work life balance and 360 compensation make up for that.

Pros

Great culture of collaboration - respect and treating people as adult. Giving you a lot of freedom as long as you reach your objectives - Empower his people.

Cons

Gender balance is not great - not only Prologis but also the industry is still very manage by men only.
