Business Outlook
Pros
Very welcoming working environment. My manager was super nice with me and taught me through everything I need to know. It is definitely fine to ask questions when you are confused. Everyone is willing to help you out at any time.
Cons
This is not a large organization with hundreds of employees. The opportunities to move around within the organization is rather limited. Also, you may need some previous experience to enter the company in order to have the ability to major responsibilities.
