Pros
Great work environment Flexible ethics Great collegues Fun and diverse projects It's a shame to see so many negative reviews about this company on this site, especially some that are just blazingly lying about culture and diversity. It's not a perfect company, and most of the issues are coming from the financial department, but reading about there being sexism/racism just breaks my heart and let my blood boil. Provrex offers a work environment where you can be yourself whoever you are, and the regular staff can confirm that to you.

Pros
The coworkers are excellent and caring and want you to be healthy and better yourself. Sadly this is not shared by the owner.
Cons
Pay is always late and rarely do you get your proper salary, if it is. There is also promised pensions, travel cost compensation as well as other compensation do not get paid out at all. There are also always projects that do not get enough time to be completed and therefore have to be handed over to the clients in an unfinished state or of poor quality leaving to angry clients, and you take some of the flak for it. Interns also get abused to do anything from Junior to Senior level work and while they are promised a Internship Stipend, they usually end up recieving nothing, or very little the first couple of months and the last few months they recieve nothing and no communication about it either.
