Pros

Great work environment Remote Respect employee's limits or 'boundaries' Great co-workers fun dynamic Many opportunities to work and interact with other departments

Cons

Bit uncoordinated/disorganized Some weeks you have no work dying of boredom, other weeks you're drowning Assign projects to clerks then completely switch the direction of the assignment midway through or tell you they essentially don't need it anymore
