Ruthless culture. Supports you verbally but then no resources to actually support you to achieve goals. Runs on the smell of oily rag. Very smoke and mirrors - nothing clear not empowering at all. Micro management. All talk but no substance. Purely sales company
I joined PulseLearning late last year. I've worked with this company as a customer for more than 10 years and actually targeted them as a place I'd love to work. The team here is amazing and I am having a great time making a difference for our clients and our team. Everyone seems to really care. So far, this is one of the best employment decisions I've ever made.

It would be nice to meet team members in person - but this is a common issue in today's environment.
