      Pros

      Best reason to work here are the flexible hours. Not really much on the pro side. If you don't want a raise or promotion, then you will fit in.

      Cons

      There seems to be no management, they have an un qualified HR running things. No room to grow, getting a raise is impossible unless you're friends with HR. Employees are hired with no experience because of who they know.

      -Would prefer a position that utilizes my MBA along with experience in sales / sales management to hospitals, clinics, etc.
