I know what to expect every day because things here are properly planned and organized. The team is nice and helpful, and most people are friends outside of work, which creates a really positive vibe in the warehouse. The pay feels fair, and the employee discounts are a good perk.

Cons

There's lots of physical effort involved, so busy days can really wipe you out.
