Pros
People are the biggest value in the company. Great team work in every department, as currently I work in QHSE department, so being particular about Engineering team. I feel that we are properly looked after, a couple of months ago our company joined Medicash, which is the great investment towards our health and wellbeing. Very friendly environment to work, doing Parkrun and cycling together on occasion. Once was organised a baking competition which was a great fun!
Cons
- I wish we had even more organised sport activities at Pyroban for socialising; - looking forward to develop my skills for new opportunities and growth at the company as it is doing great and there is a space for extension and success.
