    Advice to Management

Keep up the design, feedback, adjust, and adapt methodology.

I have been working at QA InfoTech full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1. Good learning, if you are a good learner.
    2. Open environment.
    3. Lots of parties, functions, Corporate events etc.
    4. Sports is appreciated.
    5. Decent Lunch.
    6. CEO of the company is the most motivating man.

    Cons

    1. You may be overlooked if you are not good in sports.
    2. Politics, please get prepared for it. Every mid-level company has more of it.
    3. Low-end machines.
    4. Managers/Team leads are partial to their favourite ones.
    5. Low wages for freshers. Especially if you are a manual tester, you have work like a slave and still, you will be seen like a janitor.
    6. You have to attend the parties even if you don't want to.
    7. You have to punch out even when you go for lunch, which must be a vital part of working individual. You will get a diplomatic answer if you raise this concern to higher management.
    8. Training is also not their cup of tea. Please learn from yourself.
    9. They will call you as a fool by saying you are a "CHAMP".
    10. Please do not spend more than 8 hrs, if you do so, there is no accountability for that. Only if client requests and ready to pay for that.

    Advice to Management

    1. Please do appreciate the work of manual testers as well, and the ones who are not so well in sports but excellent in their work.
    2. Please do not do parties with forceful invitations. I mean do not mandate parties against the leave deductions.
