Pros
1. Management has a knack to get good projects (at least for storage domain). 2. So far have been successful in BOT deals. 3. Location is in the heart of the city.
Cons
1. Management does not care about work loads. Few work a lot and few take rest. They are concerned only with per head amounts they get from client. 2. Management is not open to suggestions. Too easily get offended. Finance department takes liberty to arbitrarily delay salaries.

1. Very poor HR policies. 2. Dirty politics all the time. 3. Too much control for a manager 4. Hard work doesn't matter much one should keep happy his manager 5. Company make promises but it is not necessary to be made. 6. Employees are treated as donkeys. 7. Not at all transparent to employees
