You'll get a chance to work on live projects early on. Leadership team is supportive and approachable. IT head is a great mentor and you will get to experience end-to-end software development lifecycle.

Cons

No major cons as such, good colleagues and bosses.

Pros

Quale is growing at a fast pace, and because of that , the on-boarding experience has been successfully revamped. -expectations of you are made very apparent -great co-workers -on the flip side, it is made clear that you are an asset, and your growth is beneficial to both parties -hands on experience, to get you fully acclimated to the company way of life -extremely organized, and surprisingly fun. I am excited to be a part of Quale!

Cons

Employee engagement before the pandemic was great but it somehow lacks now. However, we expect to get back on the track soon!

Quale has a solid AI team working product innovation vision & focus. Currently working on a various AI-related projects in the pipeline. Exposure to technology is really very good and opportunity to enhance your skills while working on projects.

I haven’t experienced any downsides of working at Quale.
